Sac à dos en cuir bovin pleine fleur.

Ce sac à dos fait à la main au design urbain se compose de deux grands espaces de rangement.

Le premier se compose de trois compartiments et d'une pochette intérieure avec fermeture à glissière. Vous pouvez y ranger un ordinateur, une tablette, un cahier...

Le second vous permet de ranger vos plus petits objets, avec entre autre des rangements pour stylo.

Au dos, une poche permet de ranger en toute sécurité un téléphone par exemple.

Le sac à dos Citadin XL est vendu avec un lot de tirette de couleur noir et un lot de tirettes de couleur jaune afin de vous laisser la possibilité de choisir le look que vous souhaitez au jour le jour !

Returns

In order to make a return, please:

  1. Connect to: https://balsa.shipping-portal.com/returns/
  2. Return your BALSA product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Please place the product in the original carton, or a new shipping carton.
  3. Please include all the information necessary for the exchange or refund of the BALSA product: name, first name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, order number, the item concerned and the reason for the exchange or refund.
  4. Return the package to us within 15 (fifteen) days.

Malheureusement, passé ce délais de 15 (quinze) jours, LEASOL se réserve le droit de refuser tout retour ou remboursement.

The product returned by the Customer must be in its original condition in order to be sold by LEASOL.

The products worn, damaged, soiled or missing: the packaging, the cotton bag with the leather insert "BALSA", will not be returned.

Refund

The refund is made within 14 (fourteen) days by crediting your credit card, or your PayPal account, or your Amazon Pay account, after checking the good condition of the item and its packaging.

Exchange

The exchange is made within the limits of available stocks and once the article is received and checked. The new article will be sent within 72 hours.

Our maintenance tips

Waterproof

The first thing to do before going out in the rain with your BALSA product is to waterproof it. Indeed, water is not leather's best friend. To take care of its appearance but also to preserve it, waterproofing is an important step to renew approximately every year.

Do not clean a stain with water

The first mistake to avoid is to rub the stain on your leather item with water. This can make matters worse, since you are broadcasting more of it. What you need to do is place a dry paper towel on it and wait for it to absorb the dirt.

Never use cleaning products

Cleaning products, such as detergents and others could irreparably damage the leather.

Wet wipes

Baby wipes are good for caring for your BALSA leather goods. They clean the surface quickly and their softness does not damage the material.

Hand cream

Yes! Put a dab of hand cream on a clean cloth, rub the surface to maintain your leather goods, always following the grain of the leather. And finish off with a soft cloth to remove excess and polish.
